Frequently Asked Questions

1-Do discounts apply to every product?

No. Sales apply to selected products only, and exclusions apply. Each product page shows whether an item is included. If a product is not part of a sale, it keeps its regular price, so check your cart before you pay.

2-Is shipping free?

Free shipping applies to qualifying orders. Your cart shows whether your order qualifies before you check out, so you can add a small gift from gifts under $25 to reach it if you are close.

3-How do I use a discount code?

When a sale uses a code, enter it in the discount code box at checkout and confirm the saving appears in your cart before you pay. Codes work on selected products only, and some items are excluded, so check each product page.

4-Where can I find the best Black Friday bong deals?

Our Black Friday and Cyber Monday bong deals guide is the place to start. It shortlists beaker, percolator and modular bongs, with joint size, height and glass type side by side. Browse cheap bongs to see more picks in stock.

5-Where can I find the best dab rig and e-rig deals?

Our dab rig and e-rig deals guide compares e-rigs and glass rigs, including recyclers and mini rigs. Browse all dab rigs to see what is in stock, and sort by price to find the lowest first.

6-Do members get better prices?

Smoke Cartel shows a Market price and a Member price on eligible products. The price that applies to your account shows on the product page and in your cart before you check out.
