Fraud Detection at SmokeCartel

Here at SmokeCartel, we take fraud detection seriously.  We strictly prohibit any sales to persons under the age of 21.  In fact, we have a team of specialists who actively seek out and prevent any sales to minors or those using a fraudulent card. 

Orders that have been placed by minors will be canceled immediately and charged a $10.00 restocking fee.

This means that sometimes, when an order is flagged as suspicious by our system, one of our specialists will reach out to additionally verify the identity and age of the customer.

We persecute against fraudulent cards and chargebacks. 

Although we are an online headshop, we must follow the same regulations and take our commitment as a business seriously. We enjoy bringing these products to our customers and in turn expect our users to respect our terms and conditions.
