Is there any cleaner to remove the sticky resin from the aluminum bats? I have used pipe cleaners but after a while they just don't seem to get it all.

You can try using isopropyl alcohol or some other solvent, you can soak it overnight or shake it around. It should dry quickly after dislodging the residue :)
