Im having trouble charging my pen. Should it light up when charging or when done? I've had it on the charger plugged into a solid power source for hours but nothing. It only blinks 10 times.

it is 3.6 volts. For pre-filled cartridges it will vary depending on the cartridge, it will work with some but not others. In regards to thicker oils it also depends on the cartridge.

Can I put my own wax in it and dose it matter what wax I use or dose it have to be cbd oil?

You can use any type of waxy oils, cbd oil is more of a thinner consistency therefore we would not recommend cbd oil for this pen.

Do Brass Knuckles or other prefilled cartridges work with it?

None of the This Thing Rips vaporizers are made for use with pre-filled cartridges, however some customers have told us that they have been successful in using them with this pen.

Can you use cbd shatter wax or isolate with this pen?

This pen is made for waxy oils and concentrates, if the oil you have falls under one of those two categories then yes. Thin oils will harm the device and go to waste.
