The 20mm Honey & Milk Quartz Cup Inserts by Honeybee Herb are a great addition to any flat top quartz banger with an inner diameter of 20mm or less. Just drop one of these inserts into your quartz banger to keep it clean and looking like new. The insert will also add another layer of quartz for more heat retention for larger and better vapor-producing dabs. 

You can either heat the cup insert and drop it into your banger with tweezers to keep your quartz banger looking like new or heat your banger and drop in a cup insert pre-loaded with your concentrate. When you drop it in pre-loaded, you can easily weigh a precise dose and enjoy slower, more favorable dabs. 

The inserts feature a thick opaque bottom which heats up quickly and to higher temperatures. These Honeybee Herb inserts are sold in 2-packs only.
