Do these come in 90°? If not would placing one of these on a vertical stem precooler work or would it be too slanted?

I'm sorry to say that we don't have any of these with 90 degree angles. If you stick it on a vertical stem it will be at a slight angle, although it will still function.

No, the 18.8 mm male will need an 18.8 mm female joint to connect with.
