SAVANNAH, GA, Aug. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)Smoke Cartel, Inc. (Ticker: SMKC), a leading online retailer and wholesaler of glass water pipes and related accessories for the cannabis industry, today announced it has filed a Form C with the SEC and started a Regulation CF round of fundraising through the intermediary platform StartEngine.com.

Smoke Cartel is conducting the offering pursuant to Section 4(a)(6) of the Securities Act and is offering stock in the Company at $1.50 per share. The maximum offering is 713,330 shares of common stock valued at $1,069,995.00 and the minimum offering is 6,666 shares valued at $9,999. The minimum investor price per investor is $100.50 and the maximum per investor is $102,000. The offering will be available for 90 days and will end on November 6, 2018 unless the maximum offering is reached before the deadline.
