Very very good customer service

Horrible design
Really?.... this pipe will not stand up on its own. The bowl and stem cause it to fall forward unless it has water, and even then it barley stands. It is a disaster waiting to happen. Also the bowl that comes with it, is basically a one hit. Incredibly small space to fill with tobacco. It is a complete waste of money.
