Ordered R2 cartridges and To my surprise received a whole new and improved R2 kit including new battery with 3 heat settings. I also like the new cartridges with deeper well preventing product spilling over the top.
Well done guys!
On a constructive note the new charger connector is at bottom of battery and was hard to mate with the charging cord and I pushed too hard and plug at bottom pushed into battery. But I had original charger which connects at top of battery and that worked.

Missing Important everything
I opened the package for the r2 cartridge and to no avail theres no green heating chamber or mouth piece in the sealed container my brain hurts. Don't know who to contact to get this fixed. Very disappointed with my first purchase on this site.
