What an amazing product! Its a steal for the price. Its basically everything you'd ever want ( discreet, long battery life, interchangeable parts that work for wax AND oil) plus some awesome bonus features like the magnetic attachment and simple usb charger (no more cheap, faulty threaded, piece of crap chargers). My friend tried to buy it off me after one use and my coworker immediately regretted her $100 purchase that only works with vape oils, but not wax, unlike the Duplex which is half the price!
I unfortunately broke the ceramic oil attachment after a week but ordered another. I had trouble finding it on the website but I admit I didn't look in the right spot (accessories). Customer service was helpful and provided a link within 12 hours of my query. What threw me was the attachments didn't show under "related products" on the Duplex page so I was worried they weren't available. Now that I see they are, as well as replacement wax atomizers, I'm completely sold on the Duplex as well as Ooze as a company. Even your pens aren't bad at all if you treat them well and aren't too rough with them. But the Duplex's affordability and functionality makes it vastly superior.
